Molly Gale - 6 Day Alice Springs to Darwin Explorer (including Uluru)

I am an American, who just returned from a trip to Australia, and I wanted to let you know what a wonderful job our tour guide, Shannon, did on our tour. I have done quite a few tours in Australia and New Zealand, and Shannon was by far the best guide I have ever had. She was with us for our first three days of the tour, from Alice Springs to Uluru and King's Canyon. Not only was she incredibly professional throughout the tour, she went out of her way to learn everyone's names and get to know each of us on the tour individually. She organised several fun "get to know you" activities on our bus ride that made everyone on the tour comfortable. Shannon was also incredibly knowledgeable, giving us a wonderful geologic explanation of Uluru and Kata Tjuta, as well as an enjoyable guided hike of King's Canyon. She was always pleasant and kind.

I know I speak for our entire tour group when I say that we were sad to see Shannon go at the end of her leg of the tour, as she went above and beyond to make our trip to Uluru, Kata Tjuta, and King's Canyon a memorable experience.
