If you’re unable to reach your departure destination due to flight cancellations caused by the volcanic ash cloud, please contact us on 1800 068 886 to either change the date of your tour or cancel it.
If you wish to change the departure date: You can change the departure date by up to 12 months from the original travel date, provided you contact us prior to your original departure date. Note that you cannot change from one tour to another, and Adventure Tours Australia is not liable for any incidentals such as additional accommodation, flight changes etc.
If you wish to cancel your booking: We will not provide a refund, however if you wish to claim the cancellation on your travel insurance, we are happy to provide a letter to support your claim.
